ch4's site kind of backs that up but aren't reallly explicit about it at all

Ohhh what a shame, sorry I heard it on the radio and they didn't mention about it just being to Freeview only, we can't get Freeview we don't have a terrastal (sp) ariel in our area, and it would cost too much to have one put on the house, will have to reluctantly stick with Sky then.
Thanks for letting me know, before I cancelled my Sky Subscription!February Grocery Challenge £250.00

It sounded very picky to me! I don't post alot on here although I do read, perhaps people should learn its upto the mods to move posts to the correct catergories, not just forum members!February Grocery Challenge £250.00

Strickly speaking though it is up to the poster to place posts in the correct board then the Board Guides wouldn't have to suffer the wrath of users who don't actually want their posts moved
Also Board Guides do not have time to read every post.
However, so far people have been happy with the info you have posted so it must be in the right place!0 -

I would not have a problem atall with the thread being moved! I was unsure where to put it, sometimes things can fall into a couple of catergories. I would never be offended even the thread was moved.
I'm glad people have found the info helpfull, which is the only reason I posted it!February Grocery Challenge £250.00

Has anyone actually phoned Sky to check if E4 will definitly not be available as a free channel as it seems a bit unfair if E4 is free on Freeview but you need to pay for it on Sky?!? Also the website wasn't very clear on wether it was going to be free on Sky or not!0

According to their press release, it will still be part of the Sky subscription package, reasons why I don't know, but I guess there's an agreement in place that they can't avoid. http://www.in4mer.com/news_article.asp?year=2005&article=253
It's no different to TMF, FTN, Sky travel and Sky sports news which are all free on Freeview, but subscription on Sky Digital. It's a shame I can't get all the freeview channels here!0 -
I will see if I can email Sky and ask them, sorry but I refuse to ring them, as it means holding on the line far too longFebruary Grocery Challenge £250.00
