Hi All,
What will be most efficient way of offline marketing for a small website design Business. I think that a load of prospective clients are the one who dont go online very often and often they are located outside London
but not sure about spending thousands on news paper ad campaign either... can ppl here suggest some way out to reach them with minimum spending..

Hi, I think you definately should market your business on-line. I work in the Transport Industry and I know for a fact tha many of my customers use the Internet, but, do not have websites of their own.
Your local Businesslink office offer free advice of marketing.
Hope this helps0
