NPower rep??

Does the Npower rep still come on here. Have been trying to get through on the phone for days to sort account out. Its either an hour wait or it tells me phone lines are shut.

If you are still on here maybe i can get some advice. Thank you

You can only expect to receive general advice here on what is essentially an open forum that anyone can read.

If you have a general enquiry, then if you ask it here, maybe someone other than the nPower rep can answer it for you. Thats how forums work

If the question relates specifically to your account, then you probably need to contact nPower directly using a more private medium.
Their lines are open Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm and Saturday 8am to 6pm
