Best shampoo - silicone free? and do you really need conditioner?!

I highly recommend The Body Shop Rainforest shampoo, the moisturising one. I have the same issues as you, although a very different hair type and this product leaves my hair soft and conditioned looking but still looking and feeling like normal hair and not a sticky mess that is greasy in a day, they have regular online sales which is when I stock up, they give out samples in store too. I don't use conditioner but if on occasion I feel I need to I use it just on the ends and some of the length, I like Kerasstase and Redken but they both contain silicone however I am impressed with garnier natural blend one I was given for free and it has no cones0
