Rehau / Synseal Vertical Slider Sash Windows

Its a long story, but in short, we ordered 13 Rehau vertical sliding sash windows. They turned up this week to fit them, and we found out that they had substituted the windows for Synseal.
Can anyone give me an opinion (or details/facts) on the two makes - we were under the impression Rehau was top quality, whereas Synseal was midrange. Is this correct?
Can anyone give an approximate price comparison between a Synseal window vs the same sort of thing from Rehau?
