Morgan Stanley £20 Annual Fee!!!!

I have just received my statement and have been charged £20 for a annual fee!!!

I'moutraged, when did this happen? is it a new tactic CC company's are using to penalise people who happen to pay off a card in full every month.

Can I get it back?

I am pretty sure that they have to give you prior warning that there will be any fee changes.

I cant remember having received any notification of charges for my Morgan Stanley Card, will have to see when the statement arrives.

I received a letter from them saying there were going to start introducing the charge but not on my account, this would then be reviewed every year. Like you, I pay my account by direct debit each month and spend circa £4k pa.

They're losing money on my account so can't understand why they don't charge me

Unless you have a platinum card, you have to pay a £20 annual fee. This was introduced last month. They should have informed you.
