Vanquis Change of Address

Hello,

Can anyone assist with helping me change my address for my Vanquis credit card? When logging on to the evanquis website I am told to call 0871 770 5555 to change my address, which I have tried. However there doesn't seem to be an option on this number for changing your address.

Option 2 (for existing customers) only tells me my balance and last transactions etc. Option 3 (evanquis help) only lets me change my memorable word and password, not address.

Maybe I am being clueless, but can anyone help? The only other option seems to be to write to them, but presumably they will still need to speak with me to confirm security questions etc.

I've just called the 0800 7816314 (freephone) alternative number. A menu is given after the balance, offering 0 as an option to speak to a representative.

If you call from a mobile, 01634 816387 may (would probably) be cheaper to use.

Thank you both! I hadn't thought of looking for a freephone number (I am probably too impatient to look). I will give this one a try.
