Hello,
My question is: If I apply for an employee credit
Card but wish to have it in a completely random name or no name at all is this possible? Also what are the laws around this?
Thank you!

What an odd request, why would you want to do this ?
But the answer to your question is No. Neither the card issuer nor your employer would issue a card to an "unknown" person.0 -
there is no link to your personal finances if you are trying to evade a possible link to your own credit history
the only other reason you could be asking is because you intend to commit fraud using it then deny it is "your" card
why not ask your employer, since it's them who will issue it, don't hold your breath waiting for them to say yes though0
