Hi all,
Does anyone have a good three bedroomed tent they can recommend to me please?
I am aware you can get mega expensive ones, and rather cheap ones.
Really I am looking for a reasonably priced one, that goes up and comes down easily.
Does anyone have one you can recommend to a novice?
Thanks

Try asking on this forum, it's all about camping under canvas.
I'm a tin tenter now, our family tent was a two bedroomed frame tent.0 -
Do you have a Go Outdoors store near you?

Try Coleman brand; simar to Vango etc but not as pricey. We bought a 2 bedroomed one with large canopy and carpet last year for £200. The higher the hydrostatic head the better.
This is ours but we have the fremont 4. http://www.tentsuk.org.uk/coleman-fremont-8-tunnel-8-person-tent-mossgreen/0 -
I cant recommend one, but Argos have a sale on tents and camping stuff at the moment. we picked up a 6 man tent (2 rooms and 1 communal area) for £59.99

Best and cheapest don't go together in the same sentence.0

Hi
Have a look on ukcampsite you'll find lots of good advice on there.
One thing to keep an eye on is the hydrostatic head HH of a tent, this tells you how waterproof the tent is. The minimum recommended HH in this country is 1500.
Finally if you're considering buying via ebay be very careful, there are bargains to be had but there is alot of rubbish on there too.
