I posted this before, my friend claimed after bankruptcy and kept it all.
It is up to them if they act unlawfully. If the bank report it to the OR (which can take some time to happen) then they will have to explain why they have kept money they have no legal right for.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
