Went to collect ours today, We had 2 orders - one in my name and one in my partners name. The first one they substituted pretty much the entire order and charged me £20 more than i was expecting. The second order was missing half the order, but no substitution was given (despite my requesting it)

Ended up going to customer service to try and resolve it and they did honour the original price of the first order, as I believe they say they will if they provide substitutions. Ended up leaving with a part refund on the second order.

Not much fun trying to resolve this at customer service with my 2 kids going bonkers, but got a good deal in the end so definitely worth it. I've only ever used Tesco Click & Collect once before (also during wine event!), but had similar issues then too.

Just ordered but suspect will be out of stock by the time they deliver. Paid £28.80 for 12 and 1 pound for delivery. Will see what happens.

Just had my 12 bottles substituted for 10 x Finest Cotes Catalanes Grenache and 2 x Calvet Minervois.
Happy with that though!
Also used £15 new customer code (again) on over £60 spend with some other bits I wanted anyway!

Thanks so much OP, ordered 24 bottles (12 in my name, 12 in my OH's), delivered tonight. 10 bottles of Cotes de Rousillon, 9 bottles of Finest Montepulciano D'abruzzo and 5 Finest Cotes Catalanes Grenache. Bargain!
