I just wondered if anyone is able to help me on the following.

I’ve just received a letter from a mobile company to my business address, and there was an unknown name on it – who is the account holder.
Below the unknown person’s name was my own business name, which is why I opened it, and there was information of the account and the current bill.
I’m obviously concerned as it looks like someone has managed to perform a credit check and open an account with my address, as well as using it as a billing address. Should this person fail to pay I’m worried that the company may come after my business (as the person has used it’s name).

Can anyone point me in the direction of what I can do, such as police or the company itself? Is this fraud?

First and foremost contact the mobile phone company and report it.

I'd also contact Action Fraud: http://www.actionfraud.police.uk
