Identity Theft

I am in the process of putting in a claim against CPP for two card protection policies (for me and husband). I also have 2 Identity Theft policies, which are also with CPP, but when I spoke to them last week, I was told that the Identity Theft policies were taken out with TMobile (when we bought or upgraded our handsets/contracts). The CPP person I spoke to said that, to claim, I would need to contact TMobile and claim from them. However, I'm sure that I bought both the Card and ID Theft, at the same time. I'm happy to proceed with CPP and the Cards policies, but I'm now confused about what I need to do about the ID Theft? I tried to contact TMobile, but it won't surprise anyone to hear that they've not contacted me back yet. Can anyone help please. Thanks.
