Supporting wall removal w/RSJ

* Remove supporting wall including its chimney breast (no chimney structures above this)

* Install 3m RSJ below ceiling level and box in

* Make good walls and ceiling and replaster

* Remove ground floor hearth, and fill in joists and flooring in ground floor, first floor and first floor ceiling

* all waste removed and house left clean

£3700 and up to 7 days.

Am I wrong to think that this should be £1500-£2000 and 1-2 days max?
