Online Pricing Error - Am I entitled to the item at the amount I paid?

I bought a pocket watch for £39 online.
I contacted them at least twice over the course of the week to see how long postage would be and I was told that they were ordering it in for me with no other issues raised.
To my recent email, I received the following today:
"your order has been subject to a pricing error. As such, we regret that we are unable to fulfil this order at this price...we can offer you: - 1) a full refund 2) to fulfil the order at an increased price – albeit at the best possible price given the circumstances. The best price we can offer this item to you is for £70.00"
I would like to know if I am entitled to the watch at the price I paid due to:
a) full payment being paid
b) the item being of the same price over a couple of days on the site.
c) numerous contact with the company over the week with no issue being brought up of the watch being incorrectly priced.
Please, any help would be fantastic.

If their terms and conditions state that a contract is not formed/acceptance doesnt occur until it has been dispatched, then i'm afraid no, you cant hold them to it.You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0

And if you want the watch and it is still a good price (sounds like they are offering it at cost) then take them up on the offer.0
