I've used it , it is .ok if it's a straightforward query but as soon as you have a problem they are useless. They aren't capable of escalating or helping in any way.0

I used it recently with Sky TV. I actually found it easier than talking to their foreign call centre staff. (Who I had language issues with) the person I chatted to was very 'friendly' with things like "yes anything for you sir!
" "it's been so nice chatting to you
" and "I like your name
"
Very strange indeed. Got the job done though and saved me paying for an annoying phone call.0
