Wrong daily rate on MCOL claim affecting my case?

I mistakenly entered 2% as a daily interest up to date of judgment instead of 0.02%. Have already received a reply from the bank that they will defend the the whole claim and have till beginning of August to prepare their defence. Can I still make a correction on my MCOL claim form?

You can make amendments on MCOL claims but there is a non-refundable £35 for doing so, give them a call Tel : 0845-601 5935
Hope this helps,

Thanks Kez, will give it a go. Would it affect my case if I didn't change the daily rate?Cloggy0

I don't think it will affect your claim at all as it is up to the judge to award you interest, so he could correct it himself if you ever get that far. I am sure that things like that can also be corrected in any AQ or court bundle beforehand but if you want to be on the safe side, shell out £35 and put it right.Reclaimed thanks to this site:

I'd leave it at 2% and hold them to it LOL
But seriously I'm sure its fine as it a Statutory Rate fixed by the court so as long as the wording is right I'm sure typing errors can be overlooked
But in the mean time read this letter I wrote to Capital One! It could work for you
