Oh and just to add, I put the amount of £600 as my other half's contribution to the household expenses. All other expenses such as her car, haircuts, clothing etc I've left out. It's all just listed for me and my children.0

Some of it looks high to me, but I might be out of date.
When I went bankrupt, the CAB helped me with a list of typical expenses that the court accepted, maybe try them?0 -
.... and one more thing, I was going to put swimming costs once a month for the kids. It used to be provided free by the government but now has to be paid for?0

Yes, you can have a mobile - you can't take your landline to work with you can you?
they may say the phone is a little high, but I assume that includes line rental paid monthly?
You can put down money for swimming, the OR may or may not allow it but you can try negotiate with them to have it
Keep in mind the OR isn't out to screw you over in anyway, they will allow for a reasonable living allowance. If they say no to something, they may increase something to cover that expense. The parking, if it's just general stuff and not work or parking permit on your road - you may struggle to get that, perhaps just add the extra £10 to your housekeeping.
I'd keep the dog and food insurance separate, if the OR has a problem with it you can negotiate.0 -
You might get the swimming but these are costs I think the OR will expect to be paid out of the child maintenance by the mother - likewise the children's holiday fund. The food should be ok at £400 , I got £350 for me and a teen who eats like a horse and a small dog.
Pet insurance is a luxury really, I know it makes sense if you have pets but its not illegal to not have it - I simply cant afford it.
I didn't get contents insurance either but was allowed to put down a class my teen took as an out of school activity - as egre says - there is an element of negotiation - it will depend a great deal on the OR.0 -
You are normally allowed on after school activity per child, so swimming should be fine.
Change childrens holiday fund to just holiday fund.0
