I am about to appeal to POPLA with a similar template for the same car park. jtwonk did you appeal via their website or through a written letter?
Did you submit any evidence? I have my parking ticket an I wonder if I should send it in?0 -
Aplemac14 , it is unlikely OP will return as he/she has won appeal.
Instead read newbie thread and start a new thread if you have any questions. However do to be afraid to use this POPLA appeal since it suits you.
