    I am about to appeal to POPLA with a similar template for the same car park. jtwonk did you appeal via their website or through a written letter?

    Did you submit any evidence? I have my parking ticket an I wonder if I should send it in?

    Aplemac14 , it is unlikely OP will return as he/she has won appeal.
    Instead read newbie thread and start a new thread if you have any questions. However do to be afraid to use this POPLA appeal since it suits you.
    We always suggest using website for appeals though as it saves money!

    Jtwonk, if you do come back, can you put your decision on the. POPLA decisions thread linked to on Crabman's sticky with reason and assessor. It helps to keep a track.

    Well that won't be the winning point but there's no harm attaching it (the POPLA webpage allows 'evidence' as a second step straight after you complete the appeal).
