DFS leather guarntee

I purchased a corner sofa and chair from DFS in December 2012, six months after having it I noticed the leather was going blotchy I'm certain places, also the frame at the back was wobbling and squeaking. I called DFS and they sent out a repairman, who put more foam in one of the seats and re sprayed the leather back to the tan colour. I wasn't happy with this as the sofa was at this point only 8 months old and it shouldn't have needed repairing at all.
However a month went past and the colour started to go blotchy again. I rang my local branch manager and said this was not acceptable and I wanted either it replaced or a refund as it was not even a year old. After numerous arguments I was told the colour of the leather I had choose was faulty and they asked me to go to a branch and choose a different colour and they would recover it.
I went to my local branch and looked at the remaining colours they offered in my sofa style, I wasn't happy with any of them. I contacted the manager again and was told it was the only option and I had to pick another colour, I am not happy about having to compromise as this sofa cost £2500, also my living room is decorated around the colour of my sofa.
I was adamant I would not except it being recovered but after lots of conversations I was told his was my only option. I agreed and we choose a colour, we were told it would take 3 weeks for the leather to come from Italy. This was in January!!!!! They are collecting my sofa tomorrow 18th June 14 after 6 months!!
Surely this isn't acceptable, I have purchased a sofa of my choice in a colour I wanted. I paid £2500 and was only happy with it to 8 months, the last 10 months it's been an uncomfortable eyesore that has given me nothing but hassle and stress.
I want a refund or the choice of another sofa for the £2500 I paid. Am I entitled to this?
