When I went to appeal it turns out my verification code is invalid (don't know why I'm surprised)

check it using the parking cowboys checker in the NEWBIES thread

if that says its ok (and it should be) , try a different browser like chrome or firefox or opera on the popla website (its a known problem)

if its not correct, also complain to the BPA (post #6 of the newbies thread)
