Etihad long haul flights

Looking to book a family holiday to Australia. We usually fly either Emirates or Singapore Airlines. However, I've been told today that Etihad have a Nanny on board their planes and this could be a decision maker for us as this will be the first time we fly with our grandchildren who will be 10 months and 3 yrs old. I can't find any mention on Etihad website about this and there is no email address that I could check through. So has anyone else had experience of this. My source today said it really helped her as she was travelling alone with her youngsters.
