Now what can I do?

I bought an item from eBay last Friday, and messaged the seller to ask them to send by the fastest delivery method possible and I would pay any extra.
They said they shipped it on the Monday and it takes 2-3 working days.
I asked many times for tracking info so I could see when it would arrive, with no reply.
So I waited and waited, and Saturday came, and still no item.
I have now opened an eBay INR case and the seller has updated it with shipping info through DPD.
I changed the delivery date on the DPD website for the item to arrive today.
It didn't so I contacted them via twitter and received this reply...
I have written to the seller again but I'm afraid they won't reply, like all the other times I have tried to contact them.
I want my money back now because I don't think I'm ever going to receive the item!
What do I do?

Hi,
I have looked into this and can see that a label was created for this parcel however we are yet to receive it from the senders. If you could contact them, they are able to advise when this will be dispatched.

I'm so annoyed with them messing me around!
They managed to post everyone else's smaller orders, but my expensive one somehow they don't!
