Barclaycard website / mobile app problems

Hi,

I've been having an ongoing issue with access to my Amex/Visa barclarycard account access online.

For almost the past two weeks I either get a 00003 error on the mobile app after the "reteriving transaction" message or on the main site if I click on anything to drill down into account from the main landing page I'm logged out with a "system error" page.

I've been battling with their online / social media help team and just getting told "they're working on it", what I was wondering is if anyone else is having this issue, they say lots of people are having this problem but I don't see much on here or elsewhere about it.

I feel like I'm being fobbed off as it can't really take over 2 weeks to fix a problem if it really is affecting others as well.

( I will be looking for another credit card at this rate)

Would be interested if others are also affected.

I was having the same problem.

Deleting and reinstalling sorted it for me.

Nice suggestion, but didn't work for me, I guess 00003 must be a generic error message which is why they can't actually solve the problem.

Apparently because it is affecting so many customers (must be the very quiet ones) they think they have found the root cause and are pondering about how to fix it...

I'm having problems, but not as much as you.

I did get the generic error a couple of times, but doing nothing more than waiting a few hours fixed the problem.

The app is working ok now. Except that transactions stay at pending for almost a week before appearing. Not sure if that is a problem with the app or not.

Curiously, I've had two transactions saying pending now for a week. They weren't showing this morning. A couple of hours later I visited the main website, and they were listed. I then tried the app again, and suddenly they were also showing.

I don't know if it's just a coincidence and they were processed right this morning. But it seems odd that things aren't showing up in the app until I visit the proper website. That's happened twice now.

I'm having the same problem, i tried deleting the account but still the errors occurred!
Really frustrating!

I have the same problem.

I have since found out that my Barclaycard Hi5 card has now been cancelled, as they are replacing it with the New Barclaycard cash back AMEX and Visa/Mastercard (not sure) ..... but I haven't received them.

So with the current card being cancelled, the online service hasn't got any cards under my account.

Why on earth they didn't send the cards out before.... I currently now don't have any cards to use! Thanks Barclaycard.

I did say I'd like to complain when I called them... but they only offered a £10 good will gesture ...

The new cards are now in the post!
