Just wanted to thank MSE for putting me on to a Money Transfer card. I needed to borrow money for a new car but loans wanted around 8-9% interest as i only wanted a few thousand.
After reading MSE we decided to apply for a Virgin Money Transfer card so instead of that steep interest rate we have a one off 4% fee to pay. This is provided we pay back the money within 29 months which we intend to do and there is no penalty if we finish paying it back early like there would be with a loan.
I'd never heard of these cards before so thank you.
