Take you to court, send the bailiffs after you"The whole problem with the world is that fools and fanatics are always so certain of themselves, but wiser people so full of doubts."

Default your credit file, make it hard for you to get credit, apply for a CCJ, take you to court, send round the baliffs.
They will make you an adverse payer and it will stay with your for atleast 7 years.0 -
why won't you pay?nothing to see here, move along...0

Actually its for a max 6 years - but thats once the debt is settled.
Yes they will default your credit record, go through the small claims court and get a ccj against you. They can then if you still refuse to pay send the bailiffs after you, get an attachment of earnings or have the debt attatched to your property (if you own a house) so that when you sell the first £2.5k will go to them. Also if it does go through the courts they are well within their rights to claim 8% (or the contractual rate if more) interest.0 -
Then if all that fails they kneecap you.
Seriously, if you have signed a contract and it is for such a large amount they WILL take you to court.0 -
care to shed a bit more light on the situation?0
