Penalty Charge Notice Outside of School - 48J

So I got a PCN from Bromley Council today for £110 (£55 if we pay early):-
"Stopped in a restricted area outside a school, a hospital, or a fire station when prohibited (camera enforcement)."
Looking at the photos provided our car is in the middle of the road (by the zig zag school lines), car behind, our brake lights on and my wife clearly in the drivers seat.
My wife said she had stopped for the lollipop man (which is where he is everyday).
The problem is one of the photos shows one of the doors open (ob when she let the kids out which isn't smart or safe at all). She hadn't pulled into the curb to stop or park and didn't leave the car.
Is this a fair ticket?

Nope but almost none of them are. The driver cannot be said to be parked if she's stopped for a lollipop lady and the child in the back happens to have hopped out.
Post on pepipoo a photo of both sides of the PCN please:
http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?showforum=30
And explain what happened (but NOT without the photos!). Pepipoo can get most people off most Council PCNs, in the end after the 3 stage appeal (forget the discount bribe, forget it now).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
