Advice please

Hi- I've not had much experience with selling on eBay but have recently put quite a lot on as have lost my job and am looking to generate extra income. I sold a shirt on eBay and marked up that I only sell to GB addresses only. Someone has won it but they are inFrance and sent me a message for me to invoice them for 3.70 airmail and that they would pay me for this rather than my existing GB postage rate. I replied saying that as stated unfortunately I only ship to UK addresses. I then had a reply saying 'c'mon pls send me this invoice. I'm an honest buyer look at my evaluation. C'mon take a look plz'

Would you complete the transaction? Also I sold a jumper and sent it and the buyer has given me a neutral evaluation saying that it turned up dirty (it wasn't as i had washed it before sending) and that they thought it was a fake- it is 100% genuine). They never contacted me about this prior to leaving the remarks and has made me look really dodgy!is there anything I can do about this? Thanks in advance

For the buyer in France I would send them an invoice with Royal Mail International Signed and Tracked price. Check on Royal Mail's website for the price. Should be £10+ depending on the weight. Do not guess the price or accept their £3.70 as you can end up losing money. Just remember if they say the item does not arrive then unless you have prove of delivery then Ebay will force you to refund. Stick to your guns and say you will only send it tracked and signed for. Tell them they should have asked the price of delivery before bidding if they complain. If they don't pay after 4 days then open a case for non-payment.

If you do not want to send internationally then that is fine but you need to restrict your listings to UK only when listing the item otherwise people anywhere will bid. Just putting it in your listing will mean people either ignore it or don't read it.

As for the neutral there is little you can do. You could try contacting Ebay through live chat and tell them that it is inaccurate and they did not contact you first. They may remove it or tell you to contact the buyer and ask them to remove it. If you list clothes honestly and do not try to talk them up then 99% of buyers will be happy but you will get 1% of people who are not happy no matter what you do.

Marked up as GB only? Put that in the listings or blocked buyers that are not in countries that you do not post to in the settings?

You can put as many terms as you like in the listings but some buyers know better and may know more than you.

Why not post abroad? loss is no higher than within u.k. and if you keep proof of postage you can claim back for loss of item and postage...
Other than Russia and Italy I am happy to post pretty much anywhere!
