Hello
My partner has a PCN but her name is spelt wrong, I have checked and the DVLA deffo has the correct spelling
Probably a silly question but can I use that against them in the appeal?

You could throw it in to the standard appeal as an extra point, but it will make very little (in all likelihood no) difference.0

thanks
yea i meant as an extra point, not as the sole basis of my defence0 -
Defence? You mean appeal...! I wouldn't bother to add it, just use the template appeal in the NEWBIES thread, assuming it's a private fake PCN.
Which PPC is this? Not a Council I presume?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD0 -
If her name is Smith & they spelt it Smit then it's irrelevant. If her name is Smith & they spelt it Brown then that is significant.0
