help please.. somehow I'm organizing our church fete

Long story but the lady who usually organizes our church fete is not well... Somehow I have been handed the 'honor'of running it. I have no experience of this at all but so far we have:
A cake stall
Bric a brack
A tombola
Plant stall
Jewelry stall
Serving tea and coffee and cakes..

We have people to run these stalls too and more helpers if needs be.

It is being held indoors (I know!) I am wondering if anyone had ideas for:
- a 'game' type stall that we can put outside
-a stall that would be suitable for children
-sent other ideas for good stalls

All ideas are very welcome. Even if we don't have time to use them this year (we only have three weeks) we will use them next.

Thanks everyone. :)

Children seem to enjoy hook a duck. Lots of plastic ducks floating in a paddling pool with some water. Some have a number written on the bottom and these win a lollipop or something.

    Coconut shy. Beat the goalie.

Bottle stall is usually popular. Not necessarily bottles of booze, although a few bottles of wine will encourage the adults to part with some cash. We used to stock up with bottles of shampoo, bubble bath, the small bottles of supermarket own brand cola or lemonade or even tomato sauce and vinegar, anything at all in a bottle.

Hope you have a great day.

is there another church close by that has some outdoor (tried and tested) game they could lend. years ago we used to borrow a wack a rat for our church fair from a local scout group meeting at another church in the area. (it was just a large plumbing pipe and a soft toy rat you put in the top and as it shot out the player had to hit it with a bat to win a small prize) in return we lent them our santa suit for their christmas fair. just took a wee bit of talking to make sure we did not clash with dates.

Local businesses might be able to help out if you get moving fast enough. Be it donations for a raffle or a beautician stall.

Temporary transfers, face-painting, and lucky dips seem to go well with children and are easy to set up. Cookie decorating works well. If you have a local Round Table, they will probably have some of the games which they might lend you for the event, like the whack a rat, or roll a penny.

Make sure you have all the paperwork before you start e.g. insurances, catering licenses etc.
It is all of this health and safety garbage that you really need to be careful about.
