GWP and Points @ Boots and various GWP @ Debenhams

On the Debenhams site if the GWP doesn't show on your shopping basket it usually means its out of stock
"Free gifts are one per customer, while stocks last. Gift is out of stock if not added to bag & NOT valid if used with a discount promo code.
Free Gift promotions can be very popular & while we do our best to ensure everyone receives one, there can be instances where the gift contents may be substituted and/or we run out & therefore are unable to fulfil the free gift offer."
Its always worth checking back later as they do often re stock0 -

Oh no, that's too bad. Did you get the name of the person at CS. I would definitely call back and complain. It says something different on the website, but if you were categorically told your free gift would come, I would definitely complain.
Boots did that with me once. I ended up calling HO and they sent me a collection of gifts. They messed up with loads of orders and very few people received the supposedly worth £125 gift when you bought 2 Lancome items.:):)
Hope you can get it sorted or get a full refund.0 -
I didn't get her name, but I guess it must be on the system, as when they got the CS manager to call me back, he knew who I had been speaking to.
I just returned the full order and picked up my murad item and free gift. I had made a second order after being told by the CS manager to do so.
He also refunded me £10 as a gesture of goodwill.
Which was nice, but didn't entirely make up for getting caught in a huge downpour on my way home from the store!0 -
"Also, the Murad brand has a buy one item and get a free skincare kit. This sounds quite posh actually. The range is probably a load of tripe, but I thought I would mention it anyway. http://www.debenhams.com/beauty/murad"
Murad is fantastic, try it before you criticise:(
Hiya

The items are all quite small, and can't believe their value is £70, esp as some are just sachets!0 -

For Murad lovers. Check out the offer with House Of Fraser. Buy a Murad item and get a free gift. The free gift does not look as big as the Debenhams one but it looks good all the same.

Does anyone know what the cuticle care item is? Does it get rid of those awful bits of skin near the nails? You know the ones that hang off and get caught in clothing and bedding and hurt like hell?
PS. This actually shows as an item in your basket as opposed to the problems the young lady had with the Debenhams order.0 -
I got a free Murad kit just sat there but I must try it after these reviews, is it as good as Elemis and La Mer?ACII and Chartered so now I can focus on learning to play my beautiful Sax. 🎷0
