Various brands have a GWP including Lancome, Elizabeth Arden, Clarins etc etc.

It's all subjective but I've found Murad SPF 30 moisturiser to be pretty good.

has anyone else ordered this?

i just placed an order, and whilst i could see the free gift in my basket, once I have paid, it is not showing on the confirmation email.

i called customer services and was told that the free gift often does not show up, and is only added when the order is packed, and that these are subject to availability.

i have never ordered a GWP from Debenhams before. Has anyone else experienced not receiving the GWP? and what can you do about it?

I agree the Murad range is fab - their Blemish Cream is the best I have tried

M&S had a free GWP for Murad not so long ago and it came with a great quality case and the products I have tested so far are lush.

It should come through. They sometimes don't put the GWP in the order confirmation but it comes through when it gets delivered/you pick it up.

If it's the Murad, I am not sure if the free gift is on all the items. They sometimes put in a clause saying it has to be a skincare item. I know it doesn't on the Murad, but that might be the case. You could always say return the item if they don't give you the gift maybe.

The GWP did not get delivered with my order, despite CS confirming that it definitely would be, so I'm off to the store to return it tonight
