Big Holiday Booking help/suggestions

Hello

It was my dad's 60th Birthday in April (the day after my wedding) because of this I never really made a big fuss of him so I am hoping to do that next year.
We have a large family so I am hoping to get them all on board to pay for us all to go away somewhere abroad. My thoughts were book a villa or 2 and us to pay for it and book flights split the cost between 11 adults.
I was hoping someone might have some ideas to narrow my search. I would like to be somewhere hot, near a beach. I would need a villa that could sleep 13 adults and 3 children or 2 villas very near each other. Anyone got any ideas? Or companies theyve used before to recommend? I would like to keep cost down as I know at least one of my brothers I'll end up havinmg to pay for :A

Thanks in advance

You may struggle to get two villas which sleep around 8 each (you have 16 going), let alone near each other.

Might be worth going down the hotel/apartment complex route, so you are all on the same place.

April also rules out most of Europe as it won't be hot - you might get away with the Canaries, possibly northern Africa (Morocco, Egypt) but villas aren't really the thing in northern Africa.

Sorry I can't help any more, but due to the time of year, you will struggle.

Maybe have a look on Travel Republic (like a comparison site where you can book flights, hotel and transfers separate) to get an idea of price, you may find villas which sleep 6 in the Canaries, but I've not come across one that sleeps eight.

I'd second James Villas as they have some quite big properties, and also some on holiday complexes that you could book together.

After that go down the holidaylettings, ownersdirect website routes. You can find a lot of villas / apartments that are on a complex that would be near each other although realistically you need to be looking at more like 3 x 3 bed villas / apartments rather than 2. If you choose to go only for two villas you would need 4 bedroom villas or 3 bedrooms and then have people sleeping in the lounge.

You need to sit down and work out who will sleep in which room, then you know how many rooms you'll need and work from there.
