Asda taken home delivery money although order not delivered. No refund 3 weeks on!

Hi.

I wonder if someone can help, I'll make it as brief as I can.

On 29/5/14 I was supposed to get an asda home delivery between 8 - 10pm. I heard nothing and phoned customer services 7am on 21/5/14. I was told the order was delivered (although it wasn't) and they would look into it.

On 27/5/14 I realised Asda had taken out 81.68 of my bank account for this delivery.

I have since phoned up a good 10 times demanding my money back and the last contact I had was last Wednesday when the representative told me they had contacted my local store as they have to issue the refund (I never knew that!) and that they would look into issuing the refund.

It is now 3 weeks tomorrow since they took the money and I am so mad. I refuse to phone the service line again. I have sent an email of complaint which I will copy and send to the head office.

Is there anyone that I can email with regards to this? Surely someone must monitor the way some supermarkets behave?

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks

Kate

Sounds like they may have delivered it to the wrong house. We've had it happen a few times but have always had everything sorted within 24 hours.

Have you tried calling the store it was dispatched from and speaking to the manager there?
