Stepchange & Increased PDL Debt

Stepchange were helpful with me when I needed to add a PDL to my DMP. Just so I never do it again. However now that they have helped me I wont need to and everything is going more smoothly though I'm still looking longingly to payday next week!!

It was about 1000 pounds which stepchange just added onto my DMP list of creditors.

Thanks for that. I'm going to need to phone them tomorrow as sent secure message on Monday and no reply yet. They have ale arc relied inside two days

I phoned SC today and was told I had to ring my local office due to different laws in England, Scotland and NI. They were very helpful and have to arrange a call with them next week to review it. In meantime I'll send letters to all the PDL companies to tell them I'm in a DMP. SC said this was ok do to before my call next week.

Just to give an update on this.

Spoke to SC and explained what happened. Went through a new review and added PDL to existing DMP. Increased my repayment as planned. Have now sent letters to each PDL to say what is happening. Some have replied still waiting on others.

Glad to get this sorted and have to say thanks to SC for helping and make it easy to resolve.
