Free Boilers On Nest Scheme In Wales

Hi all. I would just like to make sure everyone is aware of the Nest scheme in Wales. It is run by British Gas. If you Qualify then you will get a Free heating system. This includes boiler, radiators, and and all controls and pipework.

The scheme is currently very quiet so if you apply now you will probably be fast tracked.

You can call 0808 808 2244 or vist the Nest website. As a new user I am not allowed to post Links to this.

The scheme covers the entire cost of a new heating system. There are no extras to pay. You will not contribute a penny towards this.

The scheme includes Gas, Oil, LPG and Air Source Heat Pumps.

I have worked on this scheme for a while now. We recently fitted a boiler and 11 radiators in a house worth over half a million pounds completely free.

Many of my customers are surprised they qualify for this scheme. I have worked for employed, unemployed and retired people. It is well worth applying for.

    Eligibility

Who can get a whole house assessment?

A Nest whole house assessment is available to people in Wales who are in receipt of a means tested benefit and living in the hardest-to-heat homes.

You may be eligible for home improvements under the scheme if:

    you own or privately rent your home, or you live in a shared ownership property;
you live in a home that is not energy efficient (F or G rated)
and you or someone who lives with you receives a means tested benefit:
Child Tax Credit: where the household money coming in is below £16,010 a year
Council Tax Reduction Scheme (reductions and discounts do not qualify on their own)
    Housing benefit
    Income-based jobseeker’s allowance
    Income-related employment and support allowance
    Income support
Pension Credit - savings and guarantee
    Universal Credit
Working Tax Credit: where the household money coming in is below £16,010 a year
Even if your home has an energy rating above an F rating we’ll still give you advice on money management and income maximisation, you may also be able to get help with home improvements at no cost or low cost to you through other schemes.
