Hi , I am confused ... My wife has had a letter stating that her card care protection is being discontinued... this was from Card care which was arranged with/ via the Halifax. Card care ( or so the letter says) is an appointed representative of Lifestyle Services Group Ltd as authorised/ regulated by the Financial Conduct authority.
She cannot remember how long she has had this ( it goes on for years) ... but said tonight that it was just sent to her from Halifax and she thought it was a requirement to have ... This is all the info she has to hand .... does this come under a possible claim under ppi mis-selling ?
I to hold/held card protection via Barclaycard , which I think was sentinal gold .. or something similar ... even I cannot remember how this come about .. but it must be a many years that this was first initiated ... I am 61 .. so the old head is not so sharp these days,_pale__pale_ what is the easiest way to get these checked out please kind regards
