    Yes I have written my appeal on those points mentioned. I understand that it carries all the weight. I will send pics of my ticket, my car looking in a bay and my defaced ticket by the ticket guy. Will let you know results. Thanks all xx

    One of the problems of starting new threads on issues previously covered in an initial thread. No context to advise against.

    I'll guarantee that the POPLA assessor will have absolutely no interest in the photos.

    Hi there I was directed to this thread from the newbies thread.
    I have sent an appeal to parking eye and have of course been refused. Is there a standard template I could use to win at POPLA?
