Anyone have any issues with the email field?
I have "Email: null" and it won't let me edit it to include any email address, therefore no way of them contacting me should I win

I do too. Maybe it's tied to an email promotion or maybe you need to log in first? No idea.

I have the same issue with Email: "null" in both Safari and Chrome

It looks like it is from an email. You can get round the problem by using:

http://www.clarks.co.uk/information/getting-to-know-you?email=aa@bb

and replacing aa@bb with your own email address (ie. change the URL then refresh - see pic below)

I do not know if this is sufficient for your entry to be valid, but i did get:

I cannot type over the aa@bb. I have tried clicking on it near it and at the end but nothing. Using Safari. Any ideas?
