vanquis blocked my credit card!

in Credit cards
i placed an order on tesco clothing yesterday and it went through fine, then i saw something else i wanted so i made another order about an hour later for £10 and on checkout it said transaction declined? i though nothing of it at the time and just used my debit card instead, but then today i went to buy some food from local shop and it declined my credit card again so obviously now i know somethings wrong, i tried ringing vanquis but it was just a maze of automated lines and i couldnt get through to a human! im worried that possibly if they think my card has been stolen/lost that they will have cancelled the transaction to tesco which i dont want to happen but i cant get in contact with vanquis to tell them that! on the tracking information on tesco website is says "in process" its due to be delivered tomorrow
im also concerned that is it possible that because my card has been blocked by suspected fraud i will not be considered for a credit limit increase? im due one on my next statement ive been waiting for 6 months for an increase and i would be very p*****d off if this stopped that from happening, my limit at the moment is only £250 which i cant do much with! would also like to point out i pay it in full every month aswell.
anyway is there a way i can contact them to tell them about this without going through the stupid automated service which doesnt tell me anything!

I used vanquis to order parts for a new pc, 3 different stores about £500 from each first went through fine, then the other 2 were pending and blocked. A quick call to vanquis explained they were genuine, I was told to wait a hour and try again which I did and there was no problems at all. It was not a maze of automated calls it took no longer than 5 mins, on the very few times I have had to call them I have found the customer service spot on and helpful0

Every transition is assigned a fraud rating and depending on spending patterns a rating can hit a threshold and cause the around to be temporarily blocked.
You just need to talk to Vanquish and explain the situation, once you confirm there is no fraud on the account they will open up the account for activity again. If it helped, say thanks...0
