    Hello

I am taking my ex employer to court for unfair dismissal and disability discrimination.

At my preliminary hearing the Judge said all witness statements had to be submitted by a certain date.

My question is - do I have to submit my own witness statement?
I feel as though I have covered most things in my original claim.
Do I need to repeat myself or just write about the extra bits I wanted to add (personal injury e.g.)?

Also - my ex employer is wanting to settle out of court but have dismissed my request for 2 years net salary.
It has already been almost a year since they dismissed me therefore I dont think what I am asking is unreasonable for disability discrimination?

(the employer failed to make the reasonable adjustments recommended by their own company physician. as i was unable to return in my existing role they dismissed me.
there were alternative jobs i could have done and they point blank refused to help me._

thank you in advance for any advice
Sorry not got no advice as I can be a bit too judgemental .
