Sunday opening Hours extended?

Was just wondering if the Sunday opening hours have recently been extended. They were as far as I am aware always 1 to 6, but have now seen several Lidl's advertising new Sunday opening hours from 10am to 7pm. Anything changed, or are they using some kind of loophole?

While this may seem good news to many this is actually rubbish for people like me who work in retail!! And with the enhancements for Sunday working gradually eroding its definitely not good
