E07 is motor related, I assume you cannot put the washer into a spin/drain cycle?

If there is still water in it the control board may not be letting the door unlock because they don't want you to flood your floor.

If that's the case then look to see if there is a little access hatch near the bottom on the front to let you clear blockages from the pump/filter (there often is, although you may need to unclip a facia panel), make sure the power is off, tip the machine up slightly and place a bowl under it, then open the access hatch a little so water can go into the bowl, close the hatch before the bowl is full, and repeat until there is no more water coming out via the pump cleaning access.

That should, if it's remaining locked due to water, let it unlock.

You will want some old towels down.

This is something I've had to do a couple of times with washing machines, but fortunately never on a machine that is in a room with a good carpet or expensive flooring, as if it goes wrong you can end up with a washing machine load of water on the floor.
