Would you buy/have you ever bought from these guys? Anyone got any experiences to share?
A bit wary as they are based in China.

No experience but if you do order, factor in the possible duties you may have to pay when the goods get here.0

Also consider what action you will have if something goes wrong.
By their terms and conditions, hong kong is their choice of law/jurisdiction.You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -
On Web of Trust, Dresslily.com has an unsatisfactory rating.

As you can see they have a reputation for spamming.
The Coventry contact address on the website is a small office block above a row of shops. It's probably just a redirect service. There is no Chinese contact address that I could find.
When I tested out the buying process there were two ways to do so:
1. Go directly to Paypal. I couldn't see anywhere to add my address. Perhaps this is added after signing in to Paypal.
2. Register. When I opted for this choice and added a fake email address I was taken to an unencrypted web page where I was expected to add my name, address and phone number.
You will have to pay 20% VAT on the total cost of your order including postage. Dresslily don't include VAT in their prices.
As they are based in China you won't be covered by the Distance Selling Regulations or the Sale of Goods Act in the event of a dispute. It is very unlikely that they will accept returns for any reason.
I wouldn't use them.0 -
Yeah, thought as much. If it looks too good to be true, it probably is! Thanks folks
