Trip Advisor- Blocked my account after 8 years

We also have been subscribing reviews on Trip Advisor for over 10 years. Without having written a review for 3 months, as we had not been on holiday I found our account/E Mail had been blocked or as they phase it "Disabled". I cannot contact them as to find out why but it does seem strange to suddenly find I cannot log it. TA keep sending me E mails with news and inviting me to write further reviews which I cannot stop. It seems it is all one way traffic set in favour of Trip Advisor

I have also had my Trip advisor account blocked. It would appear this happened after posting on the Krakow asking about Taxis from the airport to the city centre. It was a straight forward question. I have tried contacting Trip Advisor to protest but it is impossible as they block your IP address and E mail

The are other post running concurrently about Trip Advisor disabling accounts and IP addresses. Can I add my name to the list as my account has been blocked for no apparent reason. Any attempt to contact Trip advisor on this issue has been impossible. bviously they do not like being critised and will not entry into any communication on this subject.
