  • Thanks for the advice everyone! If I move and stop paying my creditors (which to be fair, I have stopped paying most as they are demanding cash in full) will the OR not look at it strange that I have not been paying my creditors for so long before petitioning for my bankruptcy?

    NO! You are using the money for 'everyday livinig expenses' & can not afford to pay what they ask. I had not paid some of my creditors for 6 years!
