Yep - clicking through from Quidco is no different to clicking from an advertising banner on some other website, only the referral commission goes to Quidco (and hence YOU) rather than going to the advertiser. The only way you won't get your cashback is if you don't complete the transaction online (eg if the promotional code is one where you have to ring up to order). ;)

    Ian

Thanks Ian, sorry i do not know how you thank people for there replies.

I’ve been a quidco member since October 2006 and I use it when I remember mainly over Christmas and I recently received a bacs payment for £75, which is better than a kick in the teeth!

I bought last march through quidco my home insurance with Lloyds, it cost me £104 and last week i got the £120 back, ono month later that it should but at least is paid now :-). So definitly i will get my insurance next year through them since they really paid me to take out the insurance... £16 in my pocket plus the insurance:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

I'm with Quidco too, and have made £270 (after the £5 annual fee) of which £34 only has been paid out (I chose a £20 minimum payout). I felt I had to fight for that a bit, but to contact Quidco you use a ticketing system, and they did reply to my e-mails. But I felt that they were taking too long. My first purchase gave £20 cashback (Egg card) in October 06. I still don't know why everything took so long, and haven't had a satisfactory answer to that.

Nevertheless, to me it's free money as I was buying everything anyway!

I have just started using quidco and I am very pleased so far. I signed up for the RAC offer of £29.99 with £21 already tracking through quidco.

I've recently registered with quidco and made my first £100+ online purchase via them just...

ive gone in to my earnings and it says nothing recently tracked - is this normal?

i'm unsure as i added items to my boots basket first then remembered quidco and went in to there, clicked the link and it already had the items in i'd added...could this be why or am i looking to early?

    thanks for any help.

I doubt you'll get paid out for this as you went to Boots first. This is the problem with the cookies. Before buying anything or registering for anything, always clear your cookies then go straight to Quidco and go from there. You would have made those pruchases direct from Boots and not through Quidco so it's highly unlikely they will pay out I'm afraid.
