Cannot work out how to attach 2 halfs of bed together, help needed before bedtime!

Basically got 2 halves of a double bed delivered this morning and they came with these plastic things that look like they squeeze together somewhere.
Problem is WHERE!
Worse comes to worse I can just put the mattress on the base and lie on it tonight but it will be on my mind(I have aspergers/ocd)

I'd say either at the sides or possibly underneath.0

Thanks, found that guide online it is that U like clips I have 2 of them just wondering as I got them on but they arent locked down as they are not stretching , I may have to use force?0
