Travel Insurance without any medical cover?

Are there travel policies that cover every thing except health. Yes, pre-existing conditions are the problem - but I only want to travel within the UK ( Channel Islands to Northern Ireland and back ) and the reciprocal health agreements I understand cover health problems if they arise ). For travel with in the UK such a policy might well be sufficient. Or has anyone knowledge of a travel policy which includes health but where you can say that existing conditions should not be covered from the outset?

Without full cover you risk losing the lot if you have to cancel due to any illness0

We never book now till last minute and don't bother with travel insurance if in the UK.
The AA have just stung us out of £70 odd quid, when a holiday company cancelled on us and AA insurance money was not refundable, we we paid them for nothing,
so sod 'em all.....make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -
The big issue/cost with a policy is the potential costs of bringing you home connected to machines and with a nurse on board, possibly in a specially converted airplane.
The costs of plaster if you break a leg is immaterial.... that'd be a nuisance.... but if you're in a coma and your family want you home....0
