in Motoring
Hi JUst picked up a moped for my son it never ran got it started now but it will not rev up it just ticks over and if you shut the throttle it dies any light on this will help. Many thanks in advance

    Could be a million and one things. If it hasn't run for a while with stale petrol left in, a gummed-up carb would be the first port of call. But failure to rev could be fuel, air, coil, plug, plug leads - almost anything. I'd suggest dropping it off at a proper bike mechanic.
    If someone is nice to you but rude to the waiter, they are not a nice person.
